Located on the 51st floor of West London's tallest residential building, this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with private balcony has great views to enjoy.
Master bedroom is en-suite with a king size bed, and the second bedroom has a double bed.
The open-plan kitchen and living room is fully equipped with a smart TV, cooking appliances, utensils and a double sofa bed.
The building is located just a 2-minute walk from North Acton Station and a 10-minute walk from Acton Main Line Station.
Located above a quaint restaurant on the 1st floor on an archetypal West London residential street in London's famous Holland Park, and within a stone's throw of many other restaurants, bars, cafés and delis you'd expect to find in such an affluent area, my 3-bedroom apartment is just a 2-minute walk from Holland Park Station.
The property itself is set up for larger families and groups wanting to make the most of London's culture but have a snug, cosy and ideally located home to return to.
Bedrooms...
- The en-suite master bedroom has a double bed (135cm x 190cm), suitable for up to 2 adults and has a built-in wardrobe.
- The second bedroom located at the front of the building has a double bed (135cm x 190cm) and single mattress (90cm x 190cm) settled on top of a carpeted platform, suitable for up to 3 adults and has a built-in wardrobe.
- The third bedroom has a small single bed (90cm x 180cm), just 10cm shorter than a standard single bed, but is most suitable for children or adults no taller than 167cm or 5ft5in, and has a chest of drawers for storage.
Common Areas...
- Air conditioning is in the living room only.
- The living room comes equipped with a day bed which can be used as either a single bed (80cm x 200cm) or a king size bed (160cm x 200cm), suitable for up to 2 adults. As standard, the daybed will be set up to be used as a sofa. If use of the daybed is required for guests to sleep, please let me know at the time of making your booking so I can ensure your sleeping requirements are met.
- The living room has a Smart TV without live terrestrial viewing, and dining space for up to 8 guests.
- The main and en-suite bathrooms have a wash basin, vanity cupboard, walk-in shower and toilet.
- The kitchenette is adjoined to the living room but has a door separating it, and comes equipped with a washing machine (no dryer), dishwasher, electric hob, oven, kettle, toaster, 4-in-1 coffee machine, basic cooking utensils, along with pots, pans, cutlery, mugs and glassware.
- The fridge freezer and stand alone freezer are located in the hallway cupboard due to space restraints in the kitchenette.
- The hallway is spacious and has a stand-alone wardrobe for extra clothes storage.
What's Included...
- 5G WiFi.
- Self check-in.
- Bed linen and towels.
- Welcome offerings of toiletries, washing items, tea and coffee; enough to last a couple of days, but guests are expected to supply their own items after that.
Other Things To Note...
Due to the apartment being situated above a restaurant, you will smell food from time to time, and you will hear their extractor fan constantly hum, located next to the en-suite bedroom.
